Dear Rica and all the staff at Two Seasons
There are no words to describe how much we appreciated your kindness to all of us. Thank you so much for getting out of your way to prepare our mother her ginger tea and even prepared special "lugaw" when she fell ill during our stay. We had a wonderful time in Boracay because a big part of this was you made us feel at home at Two Seasons. You and your staff were all there at your guests service. The staff are very polite, always with a genuine smile and ever so helpful. The list can go on.
The children didn't want to leave on our last day, and our four year old, Saskia wanted to stay in your hotel (forever to live). She loved going into your pool.
We highly recommend Two Seasons hotel. You just don't have the right touch but the "PERFECT TOUCH". Two Seasons is a home away from home. We will surely come back and stay again on our next trip.

Thank you very much for the great time we had at your special resort that made our Christmas vacation a memorable experience.
The amenities and food were pleasantly beyond what we expected. And most of all, the personal service was truly impeccable--genuine smiles, friendly advice (like when to feed the koi, arranging for water sports, recommending other places to see, etc.) and caring staff really made your team stand out.
It was the perfect blend of simplicity, function and human touch that invigorated all of us.
We look forward to coming back soon... to our home and sanctuary in Boracay!

Had a wonderful time despite the weather last Nov 24-27. One of the few places you can say that there is truth to advertising. The resort was spotless and you can see the maintenance guys working hard to keep it that way. The rest of the staff was all smiles and courteous (special mention to Rolly who attended to all of our needs while we drank in one of the cabañas till 4am). See you guys again!

Two Seasons Boracay is an experience in itself, not to mention there service is extraordinaire. I have to say its worth adding to your list of reasons to go to Boracay.

It\'s a beautiful, world-class hotel. We looked around it in September and were surprised to see that it was infinitely better than its name suggested, which was that it was a cheap, local parody of Four Seasons. Maybe, to avoid marketing problems in the future - which could be enormous because of the wrong impression the name gives - the hotel could, or SHOULD, be renamed. A relatively easy alternative could The Seasons.
We certainly hope the hotel will achieve the success it apparently deserves.

We stayed there in August of this year. Despite the construction at that time, the excellent service more than compensated for it. Rica, extra thanks for helping my husband organize a special dinner out in the balcony. It was definitely above and beyond.

Hi. I really had a wonderful stay there in Two Seasons and I must say it's one of the best and memorable vacation I had. The resort is really one of a kind, all the effort are worth it. The staff & the people are great, just can no longer remember their names (don't worry next time I will). Especially the food & drinks, it was superb, thanks to all the chefs ... I can't wait for my next vacation... 'til next time :-)

Hi Rica. Just want to thank you for a wonderful vacation. Your customer service exceeded our expectations, tell your boss that! And all the staff have been very courteous and helpful.
