thanks for the superb service you have extended to me and my balikbayan counsin, karen. we really enjoyed our stay in your resort. your staff was very accommodating. my cousin didn't want to leave your resort. we would like to specially mention the following personnel who extended their warm services to us:
drivers - roger, rolly and albert
front desk staff - unnie (i hope i got the spelling right)
waiters - jr and alvin
also, thanks to flor and grace who gave us daily massages. my cousin will surely miss that massage when she goes back to US.

Two Seasons is an absolutely wonderful place to stay.
Staffs are friendly, food is lovely, room is comfortable.
Cannot think of another place to stay while I am in Boracay,
and I wish I can live there forever.

I never got the chance to properly say thank you for all the help that you have done. Thank you so much, our event (Boracay Classic Regatta) was a success because of people like you! The sailors and guests were really happy and we're all looking forward to coming back to your resort on our next Bora trips.

Hello!!! Just got back to Cebu... I just want to take this opportunity to express my sincere gratitude to all of you for making our stay at your hotel a very pleasant and fun filled one. All of you have attended to all of our needs, concerns in a very efficient manner adding to our stay a very comfortable one.
The rest of the staff such as Roland who facilitated all our transfers in a very hassle free manner, to the waiters ( Chris, JR, Freely and the rest) who have patiently provided me with Ice cold beers, cocktail drinks from the resort to the beach on several occasions, to Edgar who have attended to our families, the drivers that have provided us with transfers to the hotel and back even at a late hour and to the entire staff of the resort, your impeccable service and attentiveness have made our stay truly a relaxing experience.
We will surely recommend your resort to our friends who would love to visit Boracay in the near future and rest assured that on our next trip there, your hotel will be my choice and definitely no other!!!
Once again, you guys are the real winners and may i again thank you all!!!

I was recently in Boracay and though i did not stay at the Two Seasons on my trip, we did on several occasions try the food at your establishment. I would like to compliment the Kitchen staff and namely Chef Mitzi Zamesa for her delicious menu and a satisfying meal every time we went to the Two Seasons to treat ourselves.
We still dream and wish for your delicious steaks and especially the Chef Burger. Thank you for your courtesy and for feeding us good food on our vacation, and the best coffee I've had for a long time!

My family stayed at your resort, Two Seasons Boracay, checking in on December 31, 2007 and checking out on January 4, 2008. Despite having pre-paid our entire stay we encountered a problem with the family suite's availability, which naturally caused us much distress and almost ruined our vacation. Resort Manager, Ms. Pong Adriano, handled the situation with such professionalism and courteous concern for my families discomfort and was able to rectify the problem to our complete satisfaction. The front desk staff, namely Rica Velasco, Arlene Pimentel, Chiny Tudence and Riva Denorog are equally a credit to your establishment. Service in all levels was good and we can now say that the best resort in Boracay is the Two Seasons, as far as we are concerned. All the staff and service personnel did such a good job accommodating our every need with cheerful, courteous and efficient service. You can count on my family to give my positive comments and highly recommend the Two Seasons to all our relatives and friends. We can hardly wait to go back. BRAVO!

Stayed in a de luxe room for two nights. Service was the best on the Island! Staff is friendly, intelligent, and eager to please. Even at 2am, they went out of their way to provide conceirge service!
From the boatmen to the head receptionist, I highly recommend this resort to locals and foreign guests alike!
BAthrooms are second to none also!
